RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you will be satisfied with the Wavier product you purchase from this website. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date of arrival. All items must be returned in their original packaging with their labels intact. Please note, at this stage we are only able to offer returns and exchanges or store credit on product purchased at the full price (excluding discount codes which are still eligible for refund/exchange).
Please note, exchanges on full priced items are subject to stock availability, and store credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date.
Worn or used items will not be eligible for exchange.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty.

SHIPPING
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We ship via Australia Post Express Courier for orders within Australia, shipping is calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all international orders we ship with DHL Express. All international orders ship climate neutral, with carbon offsets provided by GoGreen.
Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order value. Orders will be shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all applicable import duties can be paid at the time of checkout. There should be no additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are non-refundable after your order has shipped.
Customers who refuse a shipment from Wavier are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.
